Photos

Browsing my photo library one night, I found that the subjects of my pictures are mostly cats, dogs, coffee places…, and other lifeless “things”. Occasionally I photograph people, but most of them are my friends or family.

Many people photograph like I do. That’s a good thing and documenting our own lives is definitely one of the most important purposes photography is about.

But I want more.

The world is so much more. I want to take pictures of complete strangers. I want to document lives other than mine.

I want something different, something that’s not about me.

So here it goes. My humble experiment on documenting human conditions on Tri-X 400. No photoshoping, no cropping, no set-up.

Just life as it is.
